We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Note on natural leather: Our products are made from full-grain leather — a natural material. Slight variations in grain, texture, and tone are characteristics of genuine leather, not defects, and are not grounds for a return.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@craftedbyhide.com to request a return before sending anything back.
- If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@craftedbyhide.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders (special orders, monogrammed, or made-to-measure items)
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must still be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging — and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@craftedbyhide.com.
